Terms of Delivery

We take care at every stage of the order process and we know that timing is everything. We aim to deliver all personalized jewelry items which are handmade by us in our workshop within the date shown on the individual product page. If you have a query about delivery for a product, please contact us by email :

Orders will be sent via DHL service to the address you have mentioned and will require a signature. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to provide us with a correct and complete shipping address. If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please specify this during checkout. If you would like to change your address before your order is shipped, please contact us and we will update the address in our files accordingly. Please also ensure you supply us with a mobile phone number so that the courier can be in touch with you. To track your DHL click here :

We cannot be held responsible for items that are delayed via customs entering the country. Other orders sent outside the European Union may be liable to taxes, duties, custom charges and extra fees charged by the courier company at destination (minimum value thresholds vary depending on countries). Payment will need to be made by the recipient and we cannot be held responsible for any charge once the package has been shipped from our Parisian studio. has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. It is the responsibility of the recipient to contact their local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond’s original delivery estimates.

Monbijouparis cannot be held responsible for problems due to late delivery or strikes within the Postal Service. Nor is Monbijouparis responsible for the loss of packages by the Postal Service.

Orders will not be canceled or refunded in the case of late deliveries caused by the delivery service.

Shipping dates are based on business days and they do not include weekends and public holidays.

DHL Price Delivery: Free on orders over the value of $120. For orders under the value of $120 we charge $5.95 postage and packing.

- Shipping Notification :
When your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Notification email.
This email will provide you with your order ID to track your item as it makes its way to you, as well as the date your order was shipped. You can also check the status of your order online by logging into the track my order page with your Order ID and Email.

- Order Shipped to Incorrect Address :
If the address provided is wrong, a new item can be sent with a 50% Restocking Fee or you may contact the local DHL office for the option of rerouting the package to the correct address.

- Changing Your Address :
If you would like to change your address before your order is shipped, please contact us and we will update the address in our files accordingly.

Return, Exchange and Refund

Personalized items that are uniquely made for you are non-returnable & non-refundable (unless faulty). This includes anything specially made, or ordered with your choice of name, location, fabric, message, or other customized feature making the item unique to you.

If you notice a default in the product you received, please send us a picture by email at to discuss or organise an exchange.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact our Customer Service with a picture of the damaged item so that we can examine the issues and prevent further occurrences. Once the picture is received, we will work to find a suitable solution for you.

For non personnalized items, if you change your mind, just make sure you return it to us within 30 days in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. We will process your refund directly to your debit /credit card or paypal account within 30 days, without the shipping costs.

Since our products are usually made in only a few days, if you wish to cancel your order, you must email us to make sure your order has not been prepared yet (which would be when you received a confirmation e-mail saying your order is being processed). If your order has already been prepared, you will not be allowed to cancel it anymore. The Statutory right to cancel an order and receive a full refund under the Consumer Protection Regulations does NOT apply to personalized items.

In order to avoid engraving errors, we copy and paste the text you provide. If spelling errors were made at the time of your order, your order can be replaced at half-price (plus delivery charges).

As it is possible to preview the engraving type when ordering, your jewelry item will not be replaced or refunded for esthetic reasons.
